Silicon barium inoculant is used in metallurgy, steel, machinery and other industries as an additive, parathion, reduction degassing and purification. The use of steel and non-ferrous metals and alloys improves the mechanical properties and performance of the material. Silicon barium inoculant is an additive that can promote graphitization, reduce white mouth tendency, improve graphite shape and distribution during the casting process, increase the number of eutectic groups, and refine the matrix structure.

First, it has a strong anti-aging ability, the ferrosilicon breeding amount is less than half of the ferrosilicon breeding amount, while preventing the corresponding spheroidization reduction, the anti-fading performance is twice that of ferrosilicon 75.

The melting temperature of the alloy also depends on the proportion of its components. Generally speaking, the temperature corresponding to the liquid in the stationary part is the melting temperature. 75 ferrosilicon is usually used, the temperature is 1220 ° C, and the ferrosilicon 1410 ° C. In addition, ferrosilicon used in actual production contains a large amount of impurities, resulting in large fluctuations in its melting point temperature. Therefore, it should be said that the melting point of most ferrosilicon is between 1200 and 1400 degrees Celsius.
